If we ever happened to be caught with a quarter pound of blow (working on hypotheticals here folks) in the middle of the Philippines, and we absolutely HAD to go to prison, well, we’d at least like to land in Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center of Cebu, if only so we could participate in their rendition of Michael Jackson’s Thriller. It’s certainly a better offering than Stefan Gentiles’ “New Warden” anyway.
