“It’s got to be the shoes.” Mars Blackmon help to usher in the Jordan Era with the popular catch phrase. I actually saw a guy last weekend in a bar dressed like Mars Blackmon. The Glasses, pop-bill hat, late model Air Jordans, everything. I wanted to toss out the catch phrase to him, but my company didn’t think he would appreciate it. I disagreed, but quickly forgot about Mars-2K8 when the tit…I mean waitress showed up, but that’s a story for another day. Anyway, Kobe either got real nice on this video with his shoes, or real nice with camera angles. I’m going with the latter, but you can decided for yourself.
