As expected, Luda has sloots in Miami and near Las Vegas (looks like the Bunny Ranch!). He also covers the entire state of Maryland and crushes the 704 zone in Charlotte. Fortunately, the Brahsome crew has been able to stave off his attacks on the 336 and 919 zones. Bring it, Luda.
