Ron Artest was like this for awhile. Lock down defender, excellent slasher who could always get to the rack; great on-court determination, but it was inevitable that he would screw multiple times a season and have to sit out a bunch of games. I look at players like the Pacman in a similar manner as an injury-prone guy. He is an excellent corner and return guy, but is also extremely likely to something really stupid and cost the team he plays for significant PT.
