Pars are not quite as wonderful this Monday as they normally would be. Which makes this dagger-esque birdie putt by Tiger on seven that much more important. Rocco had just left his birdie attempt short and Tiger absolutely found the the heartland of an uphill and “little left” putt to pick up a stroke and a two shot lead.
Say what you want about the ease of that putt, but that was the point that it appeared Tiger was really pulling away.
