Good morning, kids. While we hate to send you into a panic, it’s probably best if we go ahead and tell you that this will be the last Friday Fixx that Stamos pens for a couple weeks, as he’ll be busy maxing and relaxing on an island in the mediterranean for the next while. Why you ask? Because that’s how Stamos fucking rolls, that’s why. Anywho, you can expect to be subjected to some Nick Drake video from Brahkowski or maybe a Jack White solo clip from Brinson or a clip of whatever the fuck The Piler listens to. Just know that Stamos will be back to make things all better after Independence Day. Until then, might as well see what he’s got in store for you this week.
Stamos is in Chi-town for work this week. Well, I use the term ‘work’ loosely. Between Mos, his boss, and their other colleague (as well as the Boss’ girlfriend) they’ve managed to spend a combined $1700 on dinners, $600 on drinks, $3000 on hotel room thus far. And we’re headed to Wrigley to catch the ChiSox / Cubbies game in about an hour. So that’s nice. But, we’re not here to talk about the blessed life that is being Stamos. We’re here for live music, and there’s a pretty sickner local jam band here in Chi-brah-go that I figured it appropriate to introduce to you: The Family Groove Band.
