Great news, people. Marisa Tomei will be playing a stripper in her upcoming film, titled “The Wrestler.” Que picante!
The film also stars Micky Rourke as Randy ‘The Ram’ Robinson, a washed up wrestler trying to make it back for one more showdown against his former rival.
I’m going to go out on a limb and say the casting for this movie was absolutely perfect. No one in Hollywood can embody ‘washed up wrestler’ better than my boy Mickey Rourke.
As far as the beautiful Ms. Tomei goes…fuggetaboutit. She looks amazing, especially for 43. She was outstanding in Before the Devil Knows You’re Dead, not just because there were a few great sex scenes (and that was no body double). I’m not sure why she doesn’t get more big time roles, because she’s a great actress and she’s absolutely stunning…at least to this guy. She’s got that cute/sexy thing down. I’ll stop now, I think I’m drooling.

She looks awesome in this movie! It is great to see an aging woman look so good. And Marisa has talent, too! The movie was good, and she and Mickey both did outstnding jobs. They should have won Oscars or some other awards.
