Don Yovicsin, pictured to the left, has developed a bacon flavored Vodka.
Apparently this genius fried up some bacon and threw it in a bottle of Absolut vodka. Well there might be a few more steps to it:
He fried a batch of Niman Ranch thick-cut applewood-smoked bacon, added the crispy bacon to a large infuser jar with Absolut vodka, then let it sit for four weeks. After the liquor was smoky, he filtered out the bacon pieces with cheesecloth, chilled the vodka to congeal the bacon fat, then removed it via coffee filter.
Interesting. His new concoction has been pretty popular, especially in Bloody Marys. Bacon flavored Bloody Marys. There’s no way those can suck, right?

After Sweet Tea Vodka has taken the southeast by storm, the next logical step was definitely bacon vodka. Personally, I am waiting for ‘Loaded Baked Potato’ vodka to hit the shelves.
