Piler’s closer than you. This WAS the best chip. It has been discontinued. I contacted the company about buying any back stock and received a nicely worded letter stating that employees had already done so. They love it at the company, but it wasn’t translating to sales. Bring me some Utz home at Xmas.

WW December 17, 2008 at 8:39 pm: I guess none of you have ever heard of or known the wonders of Route 11 Chips out of Middleton, VA. Its a small operation that hand fries their chips in small batches. They have everything you can imagine and will give you a tour anytime you’re cruising through the (nazi) fine state of VA. There’s a reason that the food network did a special on them a few yrs back. Check out their mixed vegetable chips, yukon gold chips, sweet potato, habenero, green chiles, etc. etc.
