It seems like just yesterday when we were bringing you stories of students doing teachers and how badass it is and what not. Oh, actually that was just yesterday. Well, for some of these cougars, their days of having to sneak around doing teenagers in the backseat of their car or in the janitor closet may soon be over. A court in Seattle ruled that it’s not illegal for teachers to engage in sexual relations with 18 year old pupils. And young, white teachers and football lettermen rejoice. Too bad for Ms. McCallum, the focus of our piece yesterday, that the law doesn’t apply to 13 year olds. Yet.

A very distinguished attorney I know once represented a teacher charged with having sex with a student. When making his closing argument he told the jury that this was boy was not a victim. He was a hero and doing whatever boy his age wants to do. Somehow, it worked, and the teacher got a very light sentence.
