The Seminole Casino in Tampa has decided to take Bill Seebeck, pick him up, bend him over a slot machine and stick it in his 2-hole. Metaphorically anyway, since all they’re really doing is robbing him of $166,000,000, having denied his jackpot win following a slot machine malfunction.
What happened? Seebeck was sitting in the Seminole, playing $4 slots just like any good degenerate when all of a sudden bells and lights and whistles and fancy jangles started ringing and going nuts, because he won the jackpot of $166 MILLION DOLLARS. But the Hard Rock has Heisman’d him down to an unknown figure:
The Seminole Hard Rock Casino Tampa has made an offer to William Seebeck, and he has accepted, recognizing that the slot machine he was playing on Sunday malfunctioned, in what can be best described to the layman as a “computer glitch.” The maximum payout on the Ultimate Party Spin machine played by Seebeck is $99,000, although his bet of $1.50 at the time of the malfunction could have generated a maximum payout of only $2,500, with the right combination. Determination of a malfunction was made by representatives of the machine’s manufacturer and software provider, according to established gaming industry standards, with confirmation from an independent third-party laboratory analysis. The casino has opted to settle this matter for an undisclosed amount as a good faith gesture, and we look forward to welcoming Mr. Seebeck on future visits.
Now, Lord only knows how much exactly Seebeck is getting; my guess would be that they gave him $1 million and kindly pointed out just how much he would have to spend in legal fees in order to potentially not even get the full amount. Then he probably declined and then they probably pointed to the sacred burial ground out back and made intimating gestures of where he could find his next settlement offer.
Either way, it’s probably a good deal for both sides — no reason to get a couple of lawyers rich over what would end up amounting to the same settlement offer that he got anyway.

Malfunction my ass, I wanta try that from the customer side the next time I DON’T win & see what happens. Ah well, better to walk away wealthy than serve as a midnite snack for the gators & other swamp critters.
Bullshit, fuck $99,000 i want to be paid in full all 166 million dollars, the casinos make too damn much to deny that man his money, pay that shit up
These comments are a bunch of crap. Indians are not murderers. The tribes run these casinos to try and help their people. They should have paid the guy the top jackpot right away instead of sending him home with zilch, but to expect them to pay out $166 million is a bullshit idea. One of their techs could have sabotaged the machine.
