Bud Adams, Titans Owners, Lets the Double Birds Fly

by Brinson on November 16, 2009

Bud Adams is a controversial figure, especially in Houston, where most people would be happier if he’d just hurry up and die (he did after all, hijack their football team to Nashville under the cover of dark). Of course, that doesn’t explain why he was shooting the double bird in Buffalo on Sunday.

Unless of course Bills fans were booing him. Or, alternately, he was trying to tell Ralph Wilson (across the stadium) that he was going to live longer. Or something. Either way, this is kind of an awesome thing to see from a really old man who runs a football team, especially considering Al Davis hasn’t been able to raise a digit for like 20 years.

Seriously though, is there anyone that seems like they’d play a better “Yosemite Sam” type-role than Bud Adams? Fantastic — I hope he and Wilson duel to the death. Or that Wilson was on the other side of the stadium trying to push his wrinkled wiener out of his fly at Adams.
