Anybody who follows college football knows that recently hired Notre Dame football coach, Brian Kelly, has his work cut out for him. He just lost his star quarterback and star wide receiver to the NFL. Notre Dame has not been relevent nationally in the lifetime of the kids he will be recruiting. It’s freaking cold as balls in South Bend during the winter. The list goes on and on. The real reason, however, is the lack of talent he has to work with. We’re not talking about recruiting boards or star evaluations, mind you, we’re talking about the talent that matters to an 18 year old blue chipper.
