Hell hath ho fury like jetlag coming off 24 hours of travel and an 18 hour time difference. And that’s what Stamos was up against this week. I thought I sleep-walked through my job most of the time, but this week was beyond anything I’ve known before. Plus, when I got back from New Zealand, the fabulous future Mrs. Stamos had the new PS3 game Rock Band waiting for me, so I’ve been getting home from the office in zombie-mode only to get the adrenaline pumping from 7 to midnight, which makes it even harder to fall asleep. But, whatevs. Here’s your weekly music vid.
So, speaking of Rock Band, it’s the tits. It’s everything Guitar Hero is, except plus bass, drums, and you have to sing. In fact, the title of the game is rather self explanitory. Stamos’ band, the Ampersands, is currently on tour in Europe, where we crushed some place in Stockholm last night. And, today’s video is a tribute to that. Stamos knocked out a 95% on this song on hard last night, which was quite a feat (read: no comments from long-time guitar hero badasses who can roll through Roxanne on expert in their sleep are necessary. Consider me a first time – long time as far as Guitar Hero / Rock Band shit goes). Anywho, here’s a nice live version of Dani California with a disgusting little jam session afterwards.
