Last Fixx before Super Sunday. I’m sure it would be nice to be a Pats or G-Men fan, but this Super Bowl just isn’t all that intriguing. The Pats should roll, and in doing so, would cement themselves in the discussion for best team ever. Well isn’t that special. We hate Eli Manning, but can’t root for the Pats. So what are we gonna do? Make chili and drink beer, that’s what. Anywho, here’s some live music to help with your pre-game.
I remember having Scofield on the Fixx before, but I can’t find it in the archives. Either way, it’s pretty cold here in Norf Cackalack, so I wanted something that would warm me up. And when I need to get warmed up, I need something funky. And when I need something funky, I turn to MMW or John Scofield. Luckily for me (and you, I suppose), they play together from time to time. Here’s Chank- so hot.
Ah yes..I caught the first show of the tour supporting last year’s “Outside In”..or was it “Inside Out”..regardless it was at 9:30 Club in DC and HOTTTT!
