Tecktonik: Bad Music, Worse Dancing
Apr 14th, 2008 by C. Brahkowski
My boy Snedeker let me down yesterday, so I’m not starting my week off with a breakdown of the Masters. I didn’t have him in a pool. I’m not a Vanderbilt alum and I’m not from Nashville. I just liked his style on Saturday, so I took him as my horse in the race on Sunday. His eagle early had me feeling good, but then he folded like a cheap tent.
Instead, I’m starting my week off about as far from Amen Corner as you can get by giving you a little taste of the latest dance craze sweeping the globe.
Tecktonik originated in France, but is spreading across Europe like herpes in Hollywood and I want you, my friends, to be hip to these new body gyrations.
If you dig slim-fitting jeans, tight t-shirts and bright body accessories, you should take some lessons here and impress all your friends and neighbors at this weekend’s BBQ. Godspeed.

Quite right about the infectious spread of tecktonik, it’s even hit Moscow’s Red Square (see website)!!! As for the quality of the dancing, I beg to differ with you… *-)
