Friday Fixx 4/25

by Stamos on April 24, 2008

Old Stamos is wrapping up a 10 city in 14 day tour of the land of the free and the home of the brave.  And as he casually drove past the Harrah’s casino in Council Bluffs, Iowa, last night (read: quickly calculated how much money he could lose a week before his wedding before the future Mrs. Stamos called it off and decided it wasn’t a good idea since she knows within a grand or so what he’s got in savings and his record of leaving a casino without handing over a comma is not good) he remembered that there’s a nice little concert going on back in the town where Brahsome is headquartered.  Surely you didn’t think we’d let the Panic come through town and not give you a little taste did you?  Jump down for a sample of what to expect this weekend in the old R-Ball.

No reason to blab on and on here as I sometimes do.  It’s a lovely weekend, and the Panic is in town.  What else is there to say.  Here’s a great version of the ultimate summer song, Jack, from DC a couple weeks ago.  Surely someone at Walnut Creek is already out there warming up some biscuits. In related news, Jimmy Herring is good at guitar.

Let me know the next time one of the brahs heads through my old stomping grounds of Nebraska/Iowa. I am well versed in the ins and outs of the Council Bluffs casinos. It is actually known as Counciltucky, which needs no explanation, other than (WT) White trash central.

Panic ripped it last night. I am looking for extra, super crunchy on Saturday evening.
