Stephens County Kids Have Beachballs For Testicles

Just to spice things up in our relationship, every now and then we like to bring in a randie to write an article. After reading the same witty, incredibly intelligent posts from the four of us every day you might become desensitized to our genius … and we don’t want that to happen. Today that randie is my boy B-Dog. Be gentle. It’s his first time.

We’ve all had experiences with bad referees and umpires, whether as a player or a fan. Whether the ref is brown on scotch, a homer, or he’s about to lose his left kneecap due to a three thousand dollar misunderstanding with his supplier; a bad call or two is sure to incite an intense bout of rage. What’s worse is there is generally no recourse against these d-bags, and the self-oversight and huge leeway they are granted breeds abuses of power.
Apparently, just such an abuse of power happened this past Saturday in the Georgia AAA High School Championship Series where Stephens County was playing Cartersville in a series deciding game 3. Jeff Scott, the umpire in question, had just finished calling strike-outs against 9 Stephens County batters in a row, (the last of which is a projected Major-League-First-Round-Draft-Pick, Nigh.) and I can only speculate that the Stephens County kids were beginning to feel a little salty with his calls when they fell behind 9-1 in the fourth inning.
Enter our heroes, Stephens County pitch and catch duo Cody Martin and Matt Hill, who decided it was time to get nice on homeboy’s face. Sickner.
What’s even more brahsome is the support these kids received from their coach; who said “Matt said he hit a curveball, and Cody said it was a fastball” and [Matt and Cody] “have been as honest as anyone since I’ve known them”; and their principle; “there have been wacky things that have happened in baseball and high schools”.
Translation: F*ck you Cartersville High you umpire buying f*cks.
I thought I was bad ass for intentionally throwing dirt in an umps face but it appeared as an accident.
This is just super brahsome. I wish he got the ump in the Nuts.

Yea, It takes a real tough guy to throw at a defenseless umpire… What a bunch of pussies. No surprise that his brother is going to Clemson, he’ll fit right in.
