Saddam Hussein was held in captivity by Marines in Iraq for a long time before he was given a quarter of the punishment he deserved for his crimes against Iraqi people. Now, some funny news has emerged: during his captivity, the Marines forced him to watch “South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut” over and over again.
Obviously, this was quite lame for Hussein, since he’s shown as Satan’s gay lover in the movie. And Trey Parker/Matt Stone are fucking stoke:
“We’re very proud of our signed Saddam picture and what it means. Its one of our biggest highlights.
“I have it on pretty good information from the marines on detail in Iraq that they showed Saddam the movie.
“Over and over again – which is a pretty funny thought.
“That’s really adding insult to injury.”
Perhaps, yes. But, um, you know, Saddam did stick six-foot tall Iraqi Olympic female athletes in four-foot tall prison cells filled halfway with raw sewage and make them hang out. And he did use mustard gas on his own people, amongst other really kind forms of torture.
So, yeah: being forced to watch a cartoon version of yourself fucking Satan in the ass? Insulting, but not the worse thing that could ever happen. (Also: DEY TOOOK ER JAAAABS, and America: FUCK YEAH.)
