It’s a busy time of the year for NBA front offices, with the draft, free agency and scouting summer leagues. Scouts and execs are combing available players to improve their rosters and/or save money. NBA journalists are equally busy, covering all the comings and goings, especially the guys at ESPN. They breakdown every angle on free agency, especially the available players and their attributes. John Hollinger, usually known for making you feel like you are taking statistics again, recently penned typed an article entitled Best under-the-radar free agents
. Former Florida State guard Von Wafer is available and, according to Hollinger, “is a knockdown shooter who can also put it on the floor and use his athleticism to score at the trim.” Everyone knows pro-athletes slay, especially in the off season, but is it really necessary to call them out on the World Wide Leader?
