I know that South Park theoretically crossed the line last week by “taking the power away” from the word “fag” but personally, I thought the episode was awesome — I’m pretty sure that it’s 100% true that most of the people in our generation don’t use that word as hateful towards homosexuals; we use it as hateful towards douchebags. (I do, however, totally get why homosexual people might be a little cheesed off about the whole thing though.) And unsurprisingly, Matt/Trey aren’t letting up at all this week either — theoretically they’ll be going full steam after one Glennathan Beck, proprietor of evil at Fox News. Premise: Cartman is in charge of the morning announcements and therefor given “a legitimate platform” for “his own agenda.” Clips short — per usual — but promising.

“proprietor of evil at Fox News.”
*rolls eyes* My God you’re an idiot.
once again “proprietor of evil”?
i mean, the episode is hilarious. regardless of how much i like glenn beck, i enjoy south parks ability to satirize anything and evertyhing. glenn beck however (for any1 who actually has seen him or read parts of his book) supports his arguments with documented facts and im on his side until the facts are disproved
Haha this episode was hilarious. Glenn Beck really is an idiot.
“I’m on his side until the facts are disproved”
If his “documented facts” were truly facts, they couldn’t be disproved. Opinions, however, can and are disproved.
Yeah they really gave it to Michael Moore tonight! Micheal Moore is so stupid, what a fucking retard Micheal Moore is, and the people who actually believe in what he says are all just ignorant lemmings. Good job South Park!
Brinson and”The Dude”, you guys do know that Matt is a registered Republican and Trey is a full fledged member of the Libertarian Party right?
In the words of Eric Cartman, “Fucking hippies”.
“Opinions, however, can and are disproved.”
Very well, so then following that logic, Keith Olbermann would be the worst person in the world right?
i wouldnt go so far as to say hes the proprietor of evil on fox, i personally think every anchor, or for that matter, anyone with their own political or news talk show on that network is a waste of space, food, air, and television time. people who watch that reactionary douchebag cry on television and publicize his own crap need to remember, the PEOPLE elected obama, the PEOPLE elected the members of senate and the house. Glenn beck needs to either go back to school to learn some politics and run for office himself, or stop ripping on the people in power. this nation has another 3 years of obama, and regardless of fox news’ opinion, he will still try and get this nation back on track, in case beck didnt notice, public approval of the united states around the world has gone way up since he took office. im not saying obama is the best president in all of history, but maybe if we could put aside our party politics for just a few months and actually work as a nation whole instead of divided, we could just see a better day tomorrow.
Seriously! Are you serious! He supports his arguements with documented facts? So he has documented facts that support that rockefeller center is a secret communist regime that was created by mussolini and is secretly influencing the president? Even though he works at……rockefeller center? You are a moron and South Park shows how much of a dumbass people are when they believe that shit.
” the PEOPLE elected obama, the PEOPLE elected the members of senate and the house. ”
So? I recall Bill Maher calling the people idiots because 60% of them don’t believe in evolution.
“Glenn beck needs to either go back to school to learn some politics and run for office himself,”
So, do you just like to believe people that are already in the government? If so, you must believe everything George Bush said?
“or stop ripping on the people in power.”
Well a lot of people said that to Daily Kos, Media matters, Center for American Progress and the anti-war movement in general. And, as far as I know, dissent is patriotic. Right?
“he will still try and get this nation back on track, ”
Yeah whatever that’s supposed to mean, that’s sort of an… opinion. And to you, opinions are bbbaaaaaaaddddd.
“public approval of the united states around the world has gone way up since he took office.”
So? He doesn’t really have any differences from Bush, other than abortion and gun control. All we have now is a Bush lite.
“maybe if we could put aside our party politics for just a few months and actually work as a nation whole instead of divided, we could just see a better day tomorrow.”
How about we put party politics aside, work individually and exchange voluntarily to achieve success, and thus allow capitalism to flow? That be much better than working “as a whole”, which is just another argument for groupist slavery of each other. Stupid shill.
Oh and Mike, if you want to complain about conspiracy theories, complain about Van Jones, he believes 9/11 was an inside job.
Don’t you get it? The “fag” episode was a parody on the use of the “N” word. The use of the word “fag” and the depiction of a loud biker gang, as opposed to the use of the “N” word and a gang of loud black thugs is far more palatable to most of us. The point was well made, however.
