Ex-Nebraska Cornhusker and career great decision maker Lawrence Phillips was sentenced to 10 years in the pokey on Friday.
He was convicted in 2006 for six counts of assault with a deadly weapon, but the sentencing has been delayed as Phillips attempted to withdraw a guilty plea from a 2005 arrest for assault. [...]
